Company Overview
LEADERSHIP
Codey Hopper brings nearly 20 years of hands-on construction experience across WA and the NT. He started as a carpentry apprentice at 16 and worked his way up to managing quoting, procurement, logistics and site supervision across residential, commercial and industrial builds.
In 2021, Codey co-founded R-Con, delivering Department of Finance projects and remote community infrastructure. In 2025, he established Remote Trades Co as a standalone business, continuing his focus on regional and mine site construction.
Today, RTC continues to support Tier 2 and 3 contractors with reliable crews for remote housing, infrastructure and installation work.
Codey leads with a practical, boots-on-the-ground approach, personally overseeing key phases to ensure safety, quality and precision delivery.
The business is now strengthening its internal systems, with a focus on safety, compliance, and project reporting, ready to meet higher contract standards while keeping its no-fuss, boots-on-the-ground approach.
