Project Scope:

• Managed the safe landing and positioning of all accommodation buildings and common-use facilities using a 130-tonne crane and ground crew

• Installed all verandas, walkways, breezeways, and undercover areas

• Coordinated multiple trades across the site to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery

• Oversaw a full refurbishment of the wet and dry mess facilities, repurposing buildings relocated from a separate site

• Provided logistics and material transport using in-house Freight options to maintain project momentum despite remote location constraints
